Rosarito Condominiums

Introduction

Nestled on a cliff 30 meters high and located between Rosarito and Ensenada, is this development which aims to meet the demands of departments beach in northern Baja California.

Concept

The form of the project responds to sunlight first own the property, to the geographical conditions and the approach of business property. This product is aimed at a market of high average level.

Spaces

The building houses 150 units of various sizes ranging from departments 90-280 m2 on 25 floors, all with large terraces which allow you to enjoy the ocean views. It also offers a number of services for relaxation and recreation areas covering all of them: from restaurants, spa, bars, swimming pools, tennis courts, etc..
