Introduction
The object is located as icon in the park At'Zabel architecture as a symbol of architectural and urban development in this city.
It consists of a cafe veranda which acts as a local phone, with ease of move vertically hoisted at any height between 12 m. and 150 m. The ground floor houses two auditoriums, a library for children and a traveling exhibition hall. The structure rises to the sky with two spiral arms that take the tensions of the topography, the ground floor and make up the central space for a structure that serves to connect vertical and local centreline of the phone.
